MINOR PARTICIPATION. An incapacitated minor may only enter the festival site with a parent or guardian who has a Wristband, and entry for the minor is free of charge. The incapacitated minor must be given a Wristband that indicates the child's name, birth year, and the parent or guardian's name, address, and phone number. A minor over 14 years old may enter only with an accompanying adult who has a Wristband and who is responsible for the minor throughout the Event.
