Common use of Period of use Clause in Contracts

Period of use. The FoD Single Service "Porsche Intelligent Range Manager" may be purchased as a FoD Single Service either (i) for an unlimited period of time and therefore available to the PSM Customer for the entire period of use of the vehi- cle; or (ii) as a monthly contract term (available only for vehicle models from year 2021 onwards), which renews automatically on a monthly basis, until terminated by the Primary User by giving 2 weeks' notice before the end of any calendar month.

Period of use. Period of use. The FoD Single Service "Porsche Intelligent Range Manager" may be purchased booked as a FoD Single Service either (i) for an unlimited period of either not limited in time and therefore available to the PSM Customer for the entire period of use of the vehi- cle; vehicle or (ii) as a monthly contract term subscription (available only for vehicle models from vehicles model year 2021 and onwards), which renews prolongs automatically on a monthly basis, until terminated by the Primary User by giving with a 2 weeks' weeks notice before to the end of any calendar month.
