Common use of Requirements Clause in Contracts

Requirements. An active contract for the FoD Single Service "Porsche Intelligent Range Manager" either: (i) for an unlimited period of time; or (ii) as a monthly contract term (available only for vehicles in model year 2021 and onwards). To ensure full use of this service (i.e. to get the latest information on the traffic situation and charging stations), "Porsche Connect" must be purchased and activated as well.
