Rights in relation to data processing. If the requirements of the GDPR are fulfilled, the data subject has the right to request information about the data processing, the right to obtain rectification of data and to data portability, to data blocking (restriction of data processing) and erasure as well as to request the University to provide him/her information on his/her personal data and information relating to the processing thereof. The data subject is entitled to submit an objection to data processing where the legal ground for CORVINUS’ data processing is its legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The data subject may request the erasure of his/her data if the conditions laid down in Article 17 of the GDPR are met.
