Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person: an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;

  • For purposes of this section, "Personal Data" refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable individual made available by one of the parties, its personnel, or any other individual to the other in connection with this Agreement.

  • The Parties in particular ensure that only those authorised to access Personal Data can have access to such data.
