Personal Data. Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject") (is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as name and surname, birth number, place of residence, online identifier or one or more physical characteristic). Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, in force since 25 May 2018.   • If the Client wishes to authorize only one person to use the KID system in addition to the persons already reported as authorized users or wishes to report a change to the users of the system already reported, the Individual Personal Data Form is to be completed, duly signed and submitted.

  • The transmitting Party will be consulted by the other Party before it takes a final decision on the request by an individual to have access to, and to request the correction, blocking or deletion of, Personal Data concerning him transmitted under this Practical Agreement on arrange- ments of cooperation, in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Provisions of the Party to which the request is addressed.

  • Each Party will maintain a record of the transmission and receipt of Personal Data communicated to the other Party under this Practical Agreement on arrangements of cooperation.

  • Personal Data will be stored in accordance with the respective laws applicable to the Parties.
