Common use of Subject of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Subject of the Agreement. The subject of the Agreement is to cope with the requirements specified in Point 10, Chapter VI, Annex 5 of the Governmental Decree No 19/2009 (I.30.) regarding the implementation of Act XL of 2008 on Natural Gas Supply (hereinafter: GET), for obtaining the natural gas trading license. Through the signing of this Agreement the Parties declare their intention that all contracts necessary for the usage of the natural gas transmission system will be concluded if the relevant legal and contractual conditions are fulfilled and the natural gas trading license has been obtained.

Through the signing of this Agreement the Parties declare their intention that all contracts necessary for the usage of the natural gas transmission system will be concluded if the relevant legal and contractual conditions are fulfilled and the limited natural gas trading license has been obtained.
