Termination of Service and the Individual Subscription Agreement (Fixed Term). This Clause 6 determines the conditions for the termination of the Subscription Agreement in general. However, pursuant to Section 4. § (2) of the Subscription Agreements Decree, the Parties can, upon their mutual consent, deviate from the rules stipulated in 134. § (14) of the Eht. so the Individual Subscription Agreement may contain different conditions on the immediate termination of the Individual Subscription Agreements which are concluded for fixed term. In addition, the Parties may also agree on specific conditions on the immediate termination of the Individual Subscription Agreements which are concluded for an indefinite term. Service Provider shall allow the termination by the Customer by way of the form of the communication the Subscription Agreement was concluded pursuant to 134. § (17) of the Eht.
