THE GOVERNMENT OF HUNGARY AND. THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON THE EXCHANGE OF COUNTRY-BY-COUNTRY REPORTS
THE GOVERNMENT OF HUNGARY AND. The Government of the State of Qatar Hereinafter referred to as "the parties". Based on the existing relations of cooperation and friendship between the two countries, And with the desire to strengthen their bilateral cooperation and to achieve the objectives of common interest, And realizing the importance of culture in achieving these objective, Have agreed as follows: The Parties shall encourage the cultural cooperation and the exchange of cultural data, manuscripts, as well as cultural intellectual output through national libraries and cooperation among cultural institutions. The Parties shall encourage the exchange of art exhibitions, cultural weeks, and the exchange of visit of artistic, show and traditional theatrical groups, as well as cooperation in the field of fine arts. The Parties shall invite each other to participate in cultural festivals and events held in both countries. The Parties encourage organizing joint fine art and photography exhibitions. The financial details of the exhibitions will be agreed directly by the concerned institutions in both countries. The members of the delegations participating in seminars, courses, workshops, and all other matter related to the exchange of visits will be agreed by Parties, in writing, through the diplomatic channels. The sending Party shall inform the host Party at least (4) four months prior to the date of visit. The Parties agreed to form a joint committee to examine the implementation. The details of the meeting of the committee (date, place, participants) will be decided through diplomatic channels. The sending Party shall bear travel expenses of its official delegations round trip to the host Party, while the host Party shall bear expenses of accommodation, local transport and medical treatment in case of emergency, in accordance with rules in force in both countries. The provisions of this agreement shall not be construed in a manner that may affect the rights and obligation under international agreements in which either party is a signatory. Commitments originating from the membership of Hungary in the European Union are not affected by the present Agreement. As a consequence, provisions of the present Agreement shall not be interpreted in a way that it would annul, amend or have any other effect on the commitments of Hungary originating especially from the treaties forming of the European Union, as well as on commitments originating from the primary and secondary legislation of the Europea...
