The Service. 3.1 The Service Provider provides BT IP Connect Global Service (“Service”) pursuant to these General Terms and the Individual Subscription Agreement. The Service is a private, global, IP- based VPN service based on Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) industry standards that provides the Customer with any-to-any connectivity and differentiated performance levels, prioritisation of delay and non-delay sensitive traffic as well as voice and multi-media applications, all on a single network.
The Service. 3.1 The Service Provider provides BT Business Voice Service (“Service”) pursuant to these General Terms and the Individual Subscription Agreement. The Service enables the Customer to make and receive high-quality National and International Telephone Calls via BT’s digital switching and transport BT BV Select Network.
The Service. Service Provider allocates Internet access in the trade units operated by the Hotspot Operator for the guests/visitors using either wireless and/or wired Internet. Access for the given period shall be allocated by the Service Provider after the fee indicated by the Hotspot Operator have been paid by the user or after the user have given and activated the code of the access card.
The Service. 2.1 The service is a taxi service, on the basis of which the provider transports the passenger (or passengers) and their to the place according to the needs of the passenger(s) in accordance with the provisions of these GTC.
The Service. 3.1 The Service Provider provides BT Private Line Connect Service (“Service”) pursuant to these General Terms and the Individual Subscription Agreement. The Service provides dedicated, point to point links (“Circuits”), capable of transmitting voice, data and IP traffic between two Sites.
