Ha a Rendszerhasználó egy gáznapon belüli földgáz betáplálása és tényleges vételezése (fogyasztása) eltér egymástól, az eltérések kiegyensúlyozását az FGSZ Zrt. legfeljebb a rendelkezésére álló kiegyensúlyozó eszközök mértékéig biztosítja. Ha az adott gáznapon a Rendszerhasználó által a földgázszállító vezeték rendszerből összesen kivett földgáz mennyisége meghaladja az általa oda összesen betáplált gáz mennyiségét, akkor az egyensúly helyreállítása kiegyensúlyozó földgáz igénybevételével történik, melyet a Rendszerhasználó köteles az ÁSZF alapján meghatározott marginális vételiáron megvásárolni az FGSZ Zrt.-től jelen Szerződés feltételei szerint.
