Customer authorises IBM. (1) to process and use Business Contact Information within IBM Group in support of Customer, including the provision of support services, and for the purpose of furthering the business relationship between Customer and IBM Group, including, without limitation, contacting Business Contact Personnel (by email or otherwise) and marketing IBM Group products and services (the “Specified Purpose”); and (2) to disclose Business Contact Information to other members of IBM Group in pursuit of the Specified Purpose only.
