Other Notifications. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may send certain notifications or communications in connection with: (a) your User’s Security Code; (b) any Electronic Instructions transmitted by your User; and/or (c) any access and/or use of the EB Services by your User, using your User’s relevant particulars in our records from time to time. You and your User shall be deemed to receive any such notification or communication immediately upon transmission of the same.
