Survival. All provisions of this Agreement related to proprietary rights (Section 3.1), disclaimer of warranties and limitations on liability (Section 5), and the miscellaneous provisions (Section 6) survive the termination of the Agreement and continue in full force and effect.
Survival. For the avoidance of doubt, the authority and consent you give pursuant to this Clause 0 will survive the termination of these EB Services Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the closure of the Account.

Survival. The provisions of clauses 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 shall survive termination or expiry of this Agreement.
