  • Such instructions may also be subject to the execution of such application forms, authorisations, indemnities and/or other documents as we may require, and shall be deemed to be Electronic Instructions for the purposes of these EB Services Terms and Conditions.

  • In addition to Clause 13 of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions, we may terminate the Partner Bank Services at any time in accordance with the terms and conditions attached to the Partner Bank Arrangement Request (as amended, updated or supplemented from time to time).

  • All notices, demands or other communications required or permitted to be given under these EB Services Terms and Conditions (the “Notices”) must be in writing.
