A Subscriber who purchases an Extra Member feature is the account owner in respect of any person who is invited by the Subscriber to create an Extra Member account. The invited person who then creates an Extra Member account is an extra member (“Extra Member”) for so long as they remain a beneficiary of the Extra Member feature. The fees related to the Extra Member account will be charged to the Subscriber’s payment method as part of their Disney+ subscription plan.
