FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION. The Sponsor will pay to IZSVe a financial contribution of € 4.000,00 (four thousands Euros) as a partial refund of costs and expenses consequential to the performance of the institutional research activities on the scientific field referred to in Annex 1, more specifically Mycoplasma hyosynoviae isolation for minimum inhibitory concentration evaluation. IZSVe will employ the financial contribution solely and exclusively in order to carry out the institutional scientific research activities. The payment will be made by electronic bank transfer, upon the submission by IZSVe of a suitable debit note, in a lump sum due upon signature of the Agreement. IZSVe claims, according with the Italian law (DPR n. 633/1972), that this Agreement is not subjected to VAT, provided that the financial contribution has been made available by the Sponsor exclusively and solely in order to financially contribute to IZSVe’s institutional research and scientific investigation.

The Sponsor will pay to IZSVe a financial contribution of € 33.700,00 (thirty-three thousands and seven hundreds Euros) as a partial refund of costs and expenses consequential to the performance of the institutional research activities on the scientific field referred to in “Annex 1”. IZSVe will employ the financial contribution solely and exclusively in order to carry out the institutional scientific research activities. The payment will be made by electronic bank transfer, upon the submission by IZSVe of a suitable debit note in a lump sum due upon signature of this agreement by the Parties. IZSVe claims, according with the Italian law (DPR n. 633/1972), that this agreement is not subjected to VAT, provided that the financial contribution has been made available by the Sponsor exclusively and solely in order to financially contribute to IZSVe’s institutional research and scientific investigation.

IZSVe will employ the financial contribution solely and exclusively in order to carry out the institutional scientific research activities. The payment will be made by electronic bank transfer, upon the submission by IZSVe of a suitable debit note, in a lump sum due upon the signing of this contract. IZSVe claims, according with the Italian law (DPR n. 633/1972), that this agreement is not subjected to VAT, provided that the financial contribution has been made available by the Sponsor exclusively and solely in order to financially contribute to IZSVe’s institutional research and scientific investigation.
FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION. The Sponsor will pay to IZSVe a global financial contribution of 17.000 Euros as a partial refund of costs and expenses consequential to the performance of the institutional research activities on the scientific field mentioned in the foregoing recitals. IZSVe will employ the financial contribution solely and exclusively in order to carry out the institutional scientific research activities. The payment will be made by electronic bank transfer, upon the submission by IZSVe of a suitable debit note, according to the following terms: - a first instalment of 8.500 Euros due upon signature of the agreement - a second and final instalment of 8.500 Euros due upon the ending of the term of the research activities set forth in art. 7. IZSVe claims, according with the Italian law (DPR n. 633/1972), that this agreement is not subjected to VAT, provided that the financial contribution has been made available by the Sponsor exclusively and solely in order to financially contribute to IZSVe’s institutional research and scientific investigation.
