Handling all communication between the Presentation Layer and the Business Logic. Layer is a Service Layer. The service layers only role is to expose elements of the business layer thus making the degree off abstraction between any client and the logic and data of the application absolute. The service layer further gives the advantage that elements of the application can be easily exposed to any external clients (other "In Office" software or altogether external stakeholders (i.e. request for information from a national traffic service)).
