MACS. The bridge is to be equipped with a Management and Control System (MACS), which enables the bridge operator to carry out the operation, maintenance and installation of the bridge in a safe and structured manner. The MACS is subdivided in to a SCADA and MMS part where SCADA is described by the E&M design basis and MMS is described in section 3.6.3 of the present report.
