Optional Early Redemption. This Condition 8 shall apply to Open-ended Securities only.
Optional Early Redemption. If this Condition 8 is specified in the relevant Terms as being applicable, then the relevant Issuer may, upon the expiry of the appropriate notice and subject to such conditions as may be specified in the relevant Terms, redeem all (but not some only) of the Securities of the relevant Series.
