Procedure The SCOAP3 Forum shall meet at least once a year at CERN and may hold additional meetings in other geographical regions of the SCOAP3 membership; - shall allow remote participation in its meetings; - shall not require a quorum in its meetings; - shall be convened and chaired by one of its members, who shall be appointed Chairperson for three years by the SCOAP3 Governing Council; - shall be convened and chaired for its first meeting, before the start of the SCOAP3 operations, by the CERN Director-General or by a person to whom he/she has delegated this task; - shall make the minutes of all of its meetings publicly available.
