Reduction of subscription prices. The Contractor shall reduce the prices of individual subscriptions, subscription pack- ages and other content licenses for Journals for which the Services are provided in accordance to Section 4.1 of the Technical Specification and its Annex I. Such reductions shall be applied to all subscribers, regardless of their participation in SCOAP3. CERN shall not broker or monitor reductions for subscribers who are not SCOAP3 Partners. The Contractor shall provide data in the brokering facility described in Section 4.1 and Annex I of the Technical Specification within two months after CERN’s request to do so. The provision of information regarding subscription costs between SCOAP3 Partners shall take place in accordance with Clause 15.3.
