Le eventuali deroghe contenute in un documento rispetto ad un altro che lo precede nell’elenco - fatta salva ovviamente la cogenza delle disposizioni normative - sono efficaci nella sola ipotesi in cui siano enunciate espressamente, con specifico riferimento alla prescrizione derogata.
