Examples of Debt Securities in a sentence

  • Market Disruption "Market Disruption Event" shall mean the suspension of or limitation imposed on trading either on any exchange on which the Debt Securities or any of them (in the case of a basket of Debt Securities) are traded or on any exchange on which options contracts or futures contracts with respect to the Debt Securities or any of them (in the case of a basket of Debt Securities) are traded if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, such suspension or limitation is material.
