Exercise Price is as specified in the applicable Final Terms; "Expenses" is as defined in Condition 11.2;
Exercise Price means an amount in the Underlying Currency determined by the Calculation Agent in its reasonable discretion (§ 315 BGB) which the Issuer would receive following the liquidation of Hedging Transactions for an Underlying at the Relevant Exchange or, as the case may be, Determining Futures Exchange. Subject to a Market Disruption at the Relevant Exchange or, as the case may be, Determining Futures Exchange, the Issuer will specify the Exercise Price within three hours after the determination of a Knock-out Event (the "Dissolution Period"). If the Dissolution Period ends after the official close of trading on the Relevant Exchange or, as the case may be, Determining Futures Exchange, the Dissolution Period is extended by the period after the start of trading on the immediately following Calculation Date, on which trading takes place which otherwise would fall after the official close of trading.
Exercise Price means the value indicated as such in Annex I in relation to each Series of Warrants.

Examples of Exercise Price in a sentence

  • In the event that a Settlement Disruption Event will result in the delivery on a Settlement Date of some but not all of the Relevant Assets comprising the Entitlement, the Calculation Agent shall determine in its discretion the appropriate pro rata portion of the Exercise Price to be paid by the relevant Holder in respect of that partial settlement.

  • In the case of Warrants, in the event that a Settlement Disruption Event will result in the delivery on a Settlement Date of some but not all of the Relevant Assets comprising the Entitlement, the Calculation Agent shall determine in its discretion the appropriate pro rata portion of the Exercise Price to be paid by the relevant Holder in respect of that partial settlement.

  • The Optional Exercise Price of the Notes may rise or fall and an investor may lose the amount invested.

  • The Warrant Exercise Price will be determined by truncation after one decimal place.

  • If the Warrant Debtor cancels the Warrants then the Warrant Debtor will, if and to the extent permitted by applicable law, pay an amount to each warrant holder in respect of each Warrant held by such warrant holders, which amount shall be the fair market value of a Warrant, notwithstanding such illegality, plus, if already paid by or on behalf of the warrant holders, the Exercise Price, all as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • The new Shares resulting from the exercise of the Warrants shall be issued upon payment in cash by the relevant Warrant holder of the Warrant Exercise Price.

  • Exercise Rights in relation to Physical Delivery Warrants If the Warrants are Physical Delivery Warrants, each such Warrant or, if Units are specified in the applicable Final Terms, each Unit, as the case may be, entitles its Holder, upon due exercise and subject to certification as to non-U.S. beneficial ownership, to receive from the Issuer on the Settlement Date the Entitlement subject to payment of the relevant Exercise Price and any other sums payable.

  • However, Low Exercise Price Options in the sense of the practice of the Swiss Federal Tax Administration (defined as an option with a tenor of more than 12 months and a strike price of less than half of the market value of the underlying at issuance) are an exception to the before-mentioned principle in that an interest component is taxable at redemption or at exercise.

  • Optional Exercise Price Not applicable The Optional Exercise Price per Note either following an Issuer’s Optional Exercise or a Exercise at the option of the Noteholders, is equal to Specified Denomination × L(tf) x [ GO(tf) / GO(t0) ] x Rate(t0) / Rate(tf) where tf is the relevant Early Valuation Date and t0 is the Issue Date.

  • Further, Low Exercise Price Options in the sense of the practice of the Swiss Federal Tax Administration (defined as an option with a tenor of more than 12 months and a strike price of less than half of the market value of the underlying at issuance) do qualify as taxable securities and are subject to Swiss Transfer Stamp Tax.
