Local Time means local time in the city of the relevant Clearing System;

  • Any Security with respect to which no Exercise Notice has been delivered to the Programme Agent, in the manner set out in Condition 4, at or prior to 10.00 a.m. (Local Time) on the relevant Final Exercise Date shall be automatically exercised on the Final Exercise Date (and the Exercise Date for such Securities will be the Final Exercise Date) subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Condition 3.6.

Associazione Italiana Ospedalità Privata Sede Regionale Toscana una valutazione sulla possibilità di aumento posti letto presso le Case di Cura convenzionate per far fronte alla “seconda ondata” emergenziale, al fine di mantenere la risposta della rete ospedaliera ai picchi crescenti della domanda di posti letto con specifico riferimento ai pazienti COVID; - che a seguito dell’interessamento di A.I.O.P., la Casa di Cura Villa Fiorita ha manifestato la disponibilità di mettere a disposizione 25 posti letto nei confronti di pazienti COVID 19 inviati dai Presidi Ospedalieri di pertinenza dell’Azienda USL Toscana Centro disposti nella sede della SOS Medicina Fisica e Riabilitativa Prato; - che è attivo un accordo tra l’Azienda e la Casa di Cura Villa Fiorita per la gestione nella forma dell’erogazione congiunta dell’attività di medicina riabilitativa e che l’attivazione dei posti letto COVID assumerà la medesima forma e modalità organizzativa; - che pertanto si rende necessaria una piena integrazione pubblico-privato accreditato per garantire l’erogazione delle prestazioni di ricovero; - che la Casa di Cura Villa Fiorita risulta in possesso dei requisiti della Casa di Cura: autorizzazione rilasciata dal Comune di Prato P.G. 90271 del 01/06/2016 e accreditamento rilasciato con Decreto dirigenziale R.T. n. 1907 del 13.02.2020. TANTO PREMESSO SI CONVIENE E SI STIPULA QUANTO SEGUE:
