Personal data treatment. Universities will arrange for the treatment, the dissemination and communication of personal data in pursuit of their institutional goals and as provided by law.
Personal data treatment. 1. In accordance with Article 62 (2) of IPA Implementing Regulation, each Project Partner shall process and use personal data of persons involved in the Project, in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 45/2001. Personal data shall only be processed for the purposes of this Agreement and of the IPA Subsidy Contract. They will be stored at the Project Partner's premises in paper and/or in electronic version.
Personal data treatment. By submitting the order, the tenant confirms the truthfulness of the data provided and grants his/her consent to the landlord to process and store his/her personal data and the data of other persons in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Act No. 110/2019 Coll., as amended, to the extent of the personal data provided, for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the Lease Contract and registering guests in accordance with Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees and Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on amending certain acts. The landlord undertakes to handle the personal data of the persons concerned in accordance with European Union law (in particular the GDPR) and relevant national legislation so that no third party has access to them. By submitting the order, the tenant agrees to the landlord using his/her e-mail address for communication with him/her and for sending available offers. This consent may be revoked by the tenant at any time. Personal data treatment. Purchaser's personal data shall be treated in accordance with the provision of the Law of the country of the Seller as applicable to the treatment of personal data. Seller informs Purchaser that Seller is the Data Controller and that Purchaser's personal data are collected and processed exclusively for the performance of this agreement. Purchaser represents to have received verbally adequate information on the treatment of its personal data.
