  • In the case of English Law Securities (other than Swedish Dematerialised Securities, Finnish Dematerialised Securities, Italian Dematerialised Securities or Swiss Dematerialised Securities), the applicable Final Terms (or the relevant provisions thereof) will be attached to each Clearing System Global Security, Private Placement Definitive Security or Registered Global Security, as the case may be.

  • No person other than the holder of such Registered Global Security shall have any claim against the Issuer in respect of any payments due on that Registered Global Security.

  • Each of the persons shown in the records of the relevant Clearing System as the holder of a particular number or nominal amount of Securities represented by such Registered Global Security must look solely to such Clearing System for its share of each payment so made by the Issuer.
