Definizione di Reporting Date

Reporting Date means a date falling no later than sixty days after the approval by the Guarantor’s Board of Directors of its consolidated financial statements, with respect to a Relevant Period ending on 31 December, and in any event by no later than 30 June of the following calendar year, provided that the first Reporting Date shall be the date falling no later than 60 days after the approval by the Guarantor’s Board of Directors of the its audited annual consolidated financial statements as of and for the year ended 31 December 2021 and in any event by no later than 30 June 2022;
Reporting Date means a date falling no later than sixty days after the approval by the Issuer's Board of Directors of its consolidated financial statements relating to a Relevant Period ending on 31 December, and, in any event, falling no later than 30 June of the calendar year immediately following the end of such Relevant Period, provided that the first Reporting Date shall be the date falling no later than 60 days after the approval by the Issuer's Board of Directors of the its audited annual consolidated financial statements as of and for the year ended 31 December 2021 and, in any event, falling no later than 30 June 2022;

Examples of Reporting Date in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the above, after an Indebtedness Trigger has occurred, as resulting from the Compliance Certificate delivered on a Reporting Date, the Issuer may give notice that such Indebtedness Trigger is cured by delivering on the following Reporting Date a Compliance Certificate pursuant to Condition 4(b) (Compliance Certificate) below.
