  • In the event of termination of this Agreement, the effect of termination shall not prejudice the obligations already performed by the Parties and shall not jeopardize the rights acquired by each Party until the Termination Date.

  • The Administration is not responsible for any inaccurate information provided by the applicant or for any postal issues.
