【Article 1.】 Scope of Application 1. The Accommodation Agreement and related contracts concluded between Hotel Prive Shizuoka and guests shall be governed by the provisions of this agreement, and matters not specified in this agreement shall be governed by laws, regulations, orgenerally established customs. 2. Notwithstanding the preceding provision, the Hotel may make special agreements within the scope that do not contradict the purpose of this Agreement, laws, and customs, and such special agreements shall take precedence.
