SUTARTIES OBJEKTAS IR DALYKAS. 1.1. Šia Sutartimi Pardavėjas įsipareigoja perduoti jam nuosavybės teise priklausančias Sutarties priede Nr. 1 nurodytas prekes Pirkėjo nuosavybėn, o Pirkėjas įsipareigoja priimti prekes ir sumokėti už jas nustatytą pinigų sumą šios Sutarties numatytomis sąlygomis ir tvarka. Parduodamų prekių pavadinimai, kiekis, kainos ir techninės charakteristikos nurodytos Sutarties priede Nr. 1. (hereinafter - Seller), on the one hand, and Biotechnologinės farmacijos centras “Biotechpharma”, company code 300041719, represented by Director General Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, (hereinafter - Buyer), on the other hand, companies are registered in Lithuania, the data about these companies are accumulated and stored in the Register of Legal Entities of Lithuania, according to the procurement “Purchase of the fermenter system” conducted in accordance with the purchase terms implementing the project “Creation of the production technology of the biosimilar monoclonal antibody fragment, synthesized in E. coli cells and the scale amplification up to 3000L” (No J05-LVPA-K-03-0021), concluded this Purchase Contract (hereinafter - Contract). Hereinafter, both parties are collectively referred to as the Parties 1. THE OBJECT AND THE SUBJECT- MATTER OF THE CONTRACT 1.1. According to this Contract, the Seller undertakes to transfer the goods, which belong to the Seller according to the ownership right and which are specified in Annex No 1 of the Contract to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the goods and pay the amount of money for them in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract. The names, quantity, 1.2. Pardavėjas įsipareigoja patiekti prekes, jas instaliuoti/įdiegti, paleisti ir apmokyti Pirkėjo personalą dirbti su jomis bei atlikti vietos priimtinumo testą (angl. SAT) per Sutarties priede Nr. 1 nurodytą terminą.
