MOKĖJIMO PASLAUGŲ TEIKIMO SĄLYGOS CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT SERVICES 1. SĄVOKOS 1. DEFINITIONS 1.1. Šiame dokumente vartojamos sąvokos turi žemiau nurodytas reikšmes: 1.1. The terms used in this document shall have the meanings set out below: 1.1.1. Gavėjas – Mokėjimo operacijos lėšų gavėjas. 1.1.1. Payee means the recipient of the Payment Transaction. 1.1.2. Komisinis atlyginimas – Banko imamas atlyginimas (mokestis) už Sąskaitos atidarymą ar tvarkymą, Mokėjimo operaciją ar su ja susijusias paslaugas, su Sąskaita susijusias paslaugas, taip pat atlyginimas už kitas Banko paslaugas. 1.1.2. Commission Fee means the fee charged by the Bank for opening or operation of the Account, Payment Transaction or the services related thereto, services related to the Account, as well as fees for other services of the Bank. 1.1.3. Lėšos – grynieji pinigai (banknotai ir monetos), pinigai Sąskaitoje. 1.1.3. Funds means cash (banknotes and coins), funds in the Account. 1.1.4. Mokėjimo inicijavimo paslauga
