If a Tender appears to have an abnormally low price in relation to the market for the Suppliers in question, the Tender Board shall have a right – or, in case it intends to reject the Tender, obligation – to request the Supplier to give a detailed explanation for the low price proposed. If the Supplier fails to justify the price, its Tender shall be rejected. REASONS FOR REJECTION 28. When there are several Tenders with the same price, the preceding into this row shall be written the Supplier, who has registered the envelope with the Tender at the earliest.

  • Paslaugos Unijos Klientui teikiamos finansinės ir/ar kitos paslaugos, kurias Unija gali teikti pagal Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymus ir kitus teisės aktus;

  • Patvarioji laikmena laikmena, kurioje asmeniškai Mokėjimo paslaugų vartotojui skirta informacija saugoma taip, kad su ta informacija būtų galima susipažinti informacijos paskirtį atitinkančiu laikotarpiu ir iš kurios laikoma informacija atgaminama jos nepakeičiant.

  • Draudimo išmoka pinigų suma, išmokama įvykus draudžiamajam įvykiui arba suteiktos paslaugos, jeigu tai numatyta draudimo sutartyje.

  • Bankas „Luminor Bank AS“, kuris pagal Draudimo sutarčių jstatymą laikomas Draudėju.

  • Draudžiamasis įvykis draudimo sutartyje nurodytas atsitikimas, kuriam įvykus BTA privalo mokėti draudimo išmoką.
