KALTUVE garantē, ka visu tirāžā izgatavoto MONĒTU kvalitāte un svars atbilst apstiprināto MONĒTU paraugu kvalitātei un svaram. 5.1 The MINT shall guarantee that the quality and weight of all COINS produced in mintage meets the quality and weight of the approved sample COINS. 5.2. Visas tās MONĒTAS, kuru kvalitāte neatbilst apstiprināto MONĒTU paraugu kvalitātei, saskaņotajam MONĒTU svaram vai LĪGUMA 1. pielikumā noteiktajām tehniskajām specifikācijām, BANKA nosūta KALTUVEI apmaiņai uz KALTUVES rēķina. MONĒTAS apmaiņai KALTUVE piegādā BANKAI 4 (četru) nedēļu laikā pēc noraidīto MONĒTU saņemšanas. 5.2 The BANK shall send all COINS whose quality does not meet that of the approved sample COINS, the weight of the COINS agreed upon or the technical specifications referred to in Appendix 1 to the CONTRACT to the MINT for replacement for the MINT'S account.
