SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE. 6.1 The payment for the delivered COINS shall be made within 30 (thirty) days following the receipt of the invoice.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE. 6.1 The payment for the delivered COINS including the costs of the master tools, packaging capsules and delivery, but excluding the silver costs shall be made within 30 (thirty) days following the receipt of the invoice.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE. 6.1 The payment for the delivered COINS including the costs of the master tools, the packaging capsules and the delivery, but excluding the bullion costs shall be made within 10 (ten) business days following the receipt of the invoice.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE. 6.1 The payment for the production of the delivered COINS (including the metal necessary to produce them), the packing of the COINS in GIFT PACKAGINGS and the delivery of the SETS shall be made within 10 (ten) business days after the invoice has been received. 6.2 The MINT shall send the invoice to the BANK. The PARTIES shall agree that the MINT may submit the invoice to the BANK electronically by e-mailing it to the following e-mail address: xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xx. An invoice sent electronically shall be deemed received on the next business day after it has been sent to the e-mail address indicated in this Paragraph of the CONTRACT.
