Pirms Telpu atbrīvošanas Īrniekam par saviem līdzekļiem Telpās ir pienākums novērst bojājumus un defektus, kas radušies Īrnieka vainas dēļ, un nodrošināt Telpu pilnīgu uzkopšanu. 8.DROŠĪBAS NAUDAS ATMAKSĀŠANA 8.1.
