LĪGUMS PAR ZIŅU IZPLATĪŠANAS PAKALPOJUMU SNIEGŠANU (OFERTE)Latvijas Republika, Rīga SIA “SMS ONLINE”, turpmāk saukta “IZPILDĪTĀJS”, valdes priekšsēdētāja Andreja Kuļa personā, kurš rīkojas uz Statūtu pamata, saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas likumdošanu piedāvā juridiskai personai, turpmāk – “PASŪTĪTĀJS”, noslēgt līgumu, kas izvietots adresē https://messaggio.com/en/company/offer/, turpmāk – “Līgums” (Oferte) vai “Līgums” ar šādiem nosacījumiem: MESSAGING SERVICES CONTRACT (OFFER) The Republic of Latvia, Riga SIA "SMS ONLINE", hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR, represented by Andrey Kulya, the Chairman of the Executive Board, acting by virtue of the Articles of Association, according to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, offers a legal entity (the CUSTOMER hereinafter) to enter into the contract placed at https://messaggio.com/en/company/offer/, the Contract (Offer) or the Contract hereinafter, under the following terms and conditions: 1.
