Purpose of the MoU. 1.1 The purpose of this MoU is to establish a collaborative relationship between Lions District 318 A, Government of Kerala (LIFE Mission) and Local Self Government Institution.
1.2 LIFE Mission will provide the beneficiaries from the beneficiaries list (Landless houseless) finalized by the Local Self Government Institution. The parties shall mutually agree on the framework, goals and respective responsibilities of each other with regard to the support for the project.
1.3 LIONS DISTRICT 318 A will build 25 individual 2 BHK houses of 42.19 SQM and a common amenity centre in the land provided by the Kilimanoor Grama Panchayat, on behalf of LIFE Mission during the MoU period.
1.4 The revenue details and the layout of individual houses in each land will form part of this MoU (Annexure 1A).
