Deadline for Submission of Bids. 19.1 Bids must be received by the Employer at the address and no later than the date and time indicated in the BDS. In case of e-submission, the standard time for e-submission is Nepalese Standard Time as set out in the server. The e-procurement system will accept the e-submission of bid from the date of publishing of notice and will automatically not allow the e-submission of bid after the deadline for submission of bid. 19.2 The Employer may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for the submission of bids by amending the Bidding Document in accordance with ITB 8, in which case all rights and obligations of the Employer and Bidders previously subject to the deadline shall thereafter be subject to the deadline as extended. 20.
