Multiple Contracts. Pursuant to Sub-Clause 29.4 of the Instructions to Bidders, if Works are grouped in multiple contracts, evaluation will be as follows: Works are grouped in multiple contracts and pursuant to Sub-Clause 29.4 of the Instructions to Bidders, the Employer will evaluate and compare Bids on the basis of a contract, or a combination of contracts, or as a total of contracts in order to arrive at the least cost combination for the Employer by taking into account discounts offered by Bidders in case of award of multiple contracts.
