Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company and the implementation of the Company's mission, its strategy and the targets set by the board of directors, with a focus on the long-term future growth of the business. He or she may be granted additional well-defined powers by the board of directors. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the execution and management of the outcome of all decisions of the board of directors. The Chief Executive Officer leads the executive management within the framework established by the board of directors and under its ultimate supervision. The Chief Executive Officer is appointed and removed by the board of directors and reports directly to it.
