Claims Settlement Arrangement for Bicycles. 8.1 The Claims Settlement Conditions for Lease Bikes (Kingpolis) apply with regard to theft and bodywork damage during the lease period and these conditions are part of the NFP Fietslease General Terms and Conditions. The Lessee or the Lease Bike Rider must comply with the Claims Settlement Conditions in order to be eligible for compensation.
