The framework of Risk Explorer® contains content. This content consists of survey questions, risk (profile) titles, and risk descriptions. Risk Explorer® aims to keep the content as complete as possible, though the content may not be considered exhaustive and current in all respects. It thereby is the responsibility of User and Purchaser to assess whether the standard content aligns with his/her consultancy practice and customer portfolio. Risk Explorer® therefore is not responsible for the possible incompleteness of the content: Xxxxxxxxx and User are, who are responsible as well for the content of his/her advice to his/her customers. Standard content regarding risk titles and risk descriptions can be adjusted by the User himself. Other adjustments to the content can be customised in consultation. Risk Explorer® amins to be a technological tool to create and maintain risk profiles in a structured manner, but it thereby does not take over the expert task and responsibility of the consultant. For this reason, Users and Purchasers at all times are responsible themselves: - The substance of the content for their own version of Risk Explorer®; - The filling out and updating (completely) of the survey; - The preparation of advisory reports/visit reports, and the content thereof; - The use of the Risk Check-up function and follow-up. About the user manual. In the work environment within the application of Risk Explorer® each User can find a user manual. It clarifies the functionalities. Users are expected to act in accordance with the user manual. In case of questions and/or ambiguities, Risk Explorer International can be contacted.
