PRICES, CHARGES AND PAYMENT. 7.1 The prices, costs and expenses for the Products (including for any services under any SLA (if applicable) shall be set out in the Order Form or the SLA. Due to high volatility of Product Materials, AXAL is entitled to adjust (and cross charge) the prices for the Products on a daily basis, unless Parties have fixed the price in the Order Form.
