RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS OF LESSONS. There will be fixed appointments for (videocall) lessons. If a lesson needs to be rescheduled, this will be discussed in all fairness between the client and the IBID-teacher. There will be no refund for lessons that need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, IBID will offer makeup lessons. If the regular teacher is unavailable for a longer time, another IBID-teacher will replace them.
