Settlement agent. The parties agree that the T-Bills and the T-Bill receipts can be provided by a third party on behalf of the Sponsor; In this case, the Sponsor will provide all relevant details to the Pension Fund. Under all circumstances will the Sponsor be responsible for the settlement of the T-Bills on the agreed transfer date into the Custody account of the Pension Fund (as per the details in Appendix C) by the agreed time.
