The goods. 4.1. The Customer provides in a timely manner, in the desired form and manner, all data concerning the goods and the instructions and necessary data relating to the order to be executed by Waeslantnatie, of which he knows or should know that they are important to Waeslantnatie in order to execute the order. The Customer vouches for the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the instructions given and data made available to Waeslantnatie, whether they come from him or from third parties. Waeslantnatie has the right to suspend its commitments as long as it does not have all the above data and the necessary instructions from the Customer. Waeslantnatie is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from lack and/or inaccuracy, incompleteness and unreliability of the data made available to Waeslantnatie.
