Classified Information means any information or material that can be generated and communicated in any form, the unauthorized disclosure of which could cause prejudice to the interests of the Parties or EURO- GENDFOR and which has been so designated by a security classification as defined in Article 4;

Classified Information. Official information which has been determined to require, in the interests of national security of the owning or releasing government, protection against unauthorized disclosure and which has Cognizant Security Office (CSO): The Government office or offices designated to administer industrial secu- rity in a Contractor’s facility on behalf of the DSA.

Classified Information means Information provided by one Party to the other Party that is designated, and, for all such forms other than oral, marked as classified by the releasing Party for national security purposes and therefore requires protection against unauthorized disclosure. Classified Information may be in oral, visual, electronic, or documentary form, or in the form of material, including equipment or technology.

Examples of Classified Information in a sentence

  • The Parties shall take all appropriate measures under their national laws and regulations to ensure the pro- tection of Classified Information in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The treatment of any Classified Information exchanged between the Parties shall respect the provisions of this Agreement.

  • This Agreement does not constitute a basis to compel the provision or exchange of Classified Information by the Parties.

  • Such consent shall be given only to persons who have a Need to Know, have a Personal Security Clearance at the corresponding level or who are otherwise duly authorised to access Classified Information by virtue of their function, in accordance with the national laws and regulations of the Receiving Party.

  • Modelformulier voor herroeping het in Bijlage I van deze voorwaarden opgenomen Europese modelformulier voor herroeping. Bijlage I hoeft niet ter beschikking te worden gesteld als de consument ter zake van zijn bestelling geen herroepingsrecht heeft;
