Payment. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the invoices are payable in cash at our office in Belgium. Subsequent deliveries based on the same agreement can be invoiced separately. In case of late payment, we are entitled without prior notice or reminder to charge int erest at a rate of 12% over the outstanding amount of the invoice. If an invoice is not or not fully paid for no serious reason and after having sent a notice of default, the remaining balance is legally increased by 10% with a minimum of 100 EUR and a maximum of 2.500 EUR by way of a conventional fixed fee for extrajudicial costs, without this stipulation restricting the application of article 5.201 of the Civil Code. We also have the right to suspend all other outstanding deliveries to the customer, regardless of the order, until the payable debt has been settled in full. Finally, we have the right to dissolve all the outstanding orders if the customer still fails to pay the debt despite a written summons.

Payment. Customer shall pay all undisputed amounts of an invoice within 30 calendar days of the invoice date, failing which Customer shall be automatically in default. Interest on late payments shall accrue at the rate of 2% per month, unless prohibited by applicable law. If Customer disputes any invoice or any part thereof, it may withhold payment of the disputed amount, but shall notify Thermon within 10 calendar days of receipt of the invoice in writing the grounds for non-payment. The Parties will use their best efforts to resolve any outstanding disputes before the due date of the original invoice. • Wanneer Eindgebruiker voor de levering van de Eenmalige Laad- en Infrastructuurdienst hier een overeenkomst aangaat met Allego, dan gebeurt betaling via een Payment Service Provider, en wordt hij na voltooiing van de Eenmalige Laad- en Infrastructuurdienst geïnformeerd over de in rekening gebrachte kosten.
