Effective the first full pay period following July 1, 2021. Increase salary rates at each step of the salary scale by 2%. For purposes of clarity, the first full pay period following ratification as referenced in paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) above shall begin on May 23, 2021. A market study of all AFSCME represented positions shall be conducted by UMMS by February 1, 2022. The information generated shall be shared with the Union. The Parties acknowledge that this study is informative in nature and creates no obligation by either party to enact wage adjustments during the life of this agreement.
